Effective July 1, 2026, Regulation (EU) 2024/2865 introduces significant changes to CLP (Classification, Labeling, and Packaging) labeling for chemical substances. The new rules include the optional use of digital labeling (QR codes), expandable labels, stricter rules for substances with more than one constituent (MOCS), such as essential oils, and the requirement to indicate the European supplier.

ERA-Consult primarily works within the REACH Regulation (EC No. 1907/2006), the Biocidal Products Regulation (EU No. 528/2012), and the CLP Regulation (EC No. 1272/2008). It also has experience with other regulatory frameworks, including plant protection products and veterinary medicinal products.
